We give a lead time of two weeks due to each bouquet and arrangement being handmade with love & care. Time and careful attention is given to placing each stem in its unique place.

There may be times when we are able to dispatch orders sooner – should you require an item for a specific date or require a larger quantity, please get in touch prior to ordering, and we will do our best to achieve this for you.

All items will be delivered by Royal Mail, Special Delivery.

We use Special Delivery to ensure that all bouquets & arrangements are handled with the utmost care due to their delicate nature.

Your order will leave us late afternoon and will arrive with you by 1pm the next day (Monday to Friday, excl Bank Holidays).

This provides a more personal & efficient service.

Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost.

Dried & Preserved flowers have an amazing shelf life if cared for correctly!

The main points of care:

• No water
• Keep away from humid environments (ie: bathroom or kitchen)
• Do not display in direct sunlight
• Dust from time to time – use a hairdryer on very low heat & speed, keeping a good distance away
• You can, very gently, use a clean dry makeup brush for the more delicate & intricate areas

Enjoy your dried flower display for years to come!

Due to packaging whilst in transit, dried flower products (pampas especially) could lose volume and fluffiness.

Gently loosen to restore original volume.

Given the delicate nature of dried & preserved flowers some shedding may occur.

Preserved roses:
Unpacking your bouquet or arrangement, please remove the protector which is placed around the rose to avoid any possible colour bleed.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange as each item is made to order.

In the event that your order should arrive badly damaged or not as described we will of course look to exchange or refund. Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of your order arriving) and we will be in contact with you with a solution.

All stems used are completely natural, therefore, they may vary in shape, size and colour tone. This creates interest and variation to each arrangement & bouquet making all our designs unique.

Due to seasonal availability there may be times when we are unable to source the particular stem used, in this instance we will substitute with the most suitable floral/foliage available keeping the arrangement or bouquet true to the original design.
